RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on most unworn items in original condition. Email support@loopandhook.co with your order number to start the process.
Yes—items marked “Final Sale,” underwear, and some accessories are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
